Do you often feel nauseous and want to vomit? Teach you how to relieve it

In daily life, we often experience nausea and vomiting, which not only affects our appetite, but also causes certain harm to the body. Therefore, we need to find a scientific and effective treatment method. The causes of this disease are roughly stomach cold, stomach yin deficiency, liver-stomach disharmony, and stomach heat. Patients need to choose appropriate treatment methods according to their actual conditions. Generally, they can cooperate with the treatment through regular and quantitative diet, food nourishing the stomach, and quantitative drinking of water. However, do not take medicines indiscriminately. If the condition is serious, you need to seek medical treatment in time to recover your health as soon as possible.

Nausea or sometimes stomach pain, or nausea with watery stools or salivation. Feeling comfortable when warm, but aggravated by cold, with symptoms such as loss of appetite, loose stools, shortness of breath, drowsiness, pale tongue, and weak pulse.

2. Nausea due to stomach yin deficiency

Nausea, or severe vomiting, thirst, or vomiting after drinking water, inability to eat, shortness of breath, drowsiness, red tongue with little coating, and a weak and rapid pulse.

3. Indigestion and nausea

Ginger is the most effective and easiest way to deal with nausea and vomiting. When you feel nauseous and want to vomit, you can cut a thin slice of ginger and put it in your mouth. The saliva will swallow the spicy ginger juice into your stomach, which can relieve the vomiting symptoms.

2. How to relieve nausea and vomiting

Self-mitigation strategies

If the nausea and vomiting is caused by a viral infection, it may last from a few hours to two or three days.

1. Fast and stop drinking water for several hours to give your stomach a rest.

2. Try drinking ice cubes or sipping light tea, clear soup, or diluted sports drinks in small amounts and multiple times to prevent dehydration.

3. Start trying low-fiber foods, such as soda crackers, jelly, white steamed buns, steamed eggs, rice, etc. If vomiting occurs again, fasting is required again.

4. Avoid dairy products, caffeine, alcohol, and greasy or heavy-tasting foods within a few days after vomiting.

If you vomit after drinking anything within 24 hours, vomit continuously for two or three days, vomit blood or coffee-colored vomit, or have symptoms of dehydration such as extreme thirst, dry mouth, little or no urine, weakness and dizziness, it is recommended to seek medical attention. Because it could be a warning sign of a serious illness, such as concussion, gallbladder disease, ulcers, intestinal blockage, or meningitis.

In terms of life, this is how to treat stomach discomfort

1. Eat at regular times and regular amounts. It is recommended that you set the time for breakfast at 7:30, lunch at 12:00, and dinner at 18:00. Try not to exceed three minutes for scheduled meals.

2. To nourish your stomach first, cook porridge with carrot cubes, eat a fixed amount for three days, and then adjust the amount of food after three days when you feel very energetic.

Note: During the stomach-nourishing period, you cannot eat any food, fruit, drink water or other beverages except three meals a day.

3. If the condition is very serious now and you have problems eating, don’t be afraid. First, drink the cooked porridge regularly. Don’t be afraid of vomiting. Stick to the time and the above methods, and you will feel better after three meals.

4. If you have the habit of drinking water, you should drink a fixed amount at one time during meals. You cannot drink water casually at other times, cannot eat any fruits or food, and cannot drink any beverages.

5. After a week of using the above method, you will feel energetic and as if you are no longer sick. However, you must be careful not to eat anything indiscriminately.

When you feel stomach discomfort and want to vomit, do not take medicine blindly as it may damage your stomach. As the saying goes, medicine is not as good as diet, so we must pay attention to our diet. If the symptoms of stomach discomfort and vomiting do not improve, it is best to go to the hospital for medical treatment.
