What are the uses and effects of red wine?

As people's living standards improve, they pay more and more attention to the quality of life. In recent years, it has become popular to drink red wine. Red wine is indeed more effective in health care, because red wine can promote cardiovascular health and is also effective in preventing cerebral thrombosis. In addition, women who drink some red wine properly can also have the effect of beauty and skin care, promote sleep, and have a good effect of calming the mind. In addition, red wine has another effect that many people don't know, that is, it is very effective in preventing and treating kidney stones. Therefore, in daily life, drinking some red wine properly is very good for the body.

1. Prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases: The proanthocyanidins in wine can stabilize the collagen fibers that constitute various membranes, inhibit histidine decarboxylase, avoid the production of excessive histamine, reduce the permeability of blood vessel walls and prevent arteriosclerosis. According to statistics from the American Medical Research Institute, the French and Italians who like to drink low-alcohol wine have the lowest heart disease mortality rate, while the Americans and Finns who drink more spirits and less wine have a high heart disease mortality rate.

2. Preventive and therapeutic effects on cerebral thrombosis: Wine contains Resveratrol, a phytoalexin that inhibits platelet aggregation. The Veratrum in wine exists on the grape skin. It is a grape glycoside to aconitum. It contains about 1 microgram per liter in red wine and only 0.2 microgram per liter in white wine. Experiments show that even if red wine is diluted 1000 times, it is still effective in inhibiting platelet aggregation with an inhibition rate of 42%, which can reduce the occurrence of cerebral thrombosis.

3. It can prevent and treat kidney stones. German scientists found in their research that drinking moderate amounts of wine can prevent kidney stones. Medical scientists from the Medical Research Institute of the University of Munich recently pointed out that the traditional saying that drinking more beverages can prevent kidney stones is neither scientific nor comprehensive. The most important thing is to see what kind of beverages are consumed. Through clinical observations of 45,000 healthy people and patients, researchers confirmed that people who regularly drink moderate amounts of wine are less likely to get kidney stones. Researchers found that people who drink different beverages in moderation have different risks of getting kidney stones. People who drink a quarter liter of coffee a day have a 10% lower risk of getting kidney stones than those who have no such habit; those who drink black tea regularly have a 14% lower risk; and those who drink wine regularly have the least chance of getting kidney stones, and their risk of the disease is 36% lower than those who have no such habit.

4. Can prevent breast cancer. Researchers at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign found that grape skin has the strongest anti-cancer activity. American scientists recently discovered that wine contains a chemical substance that can prevent breast cancer. They found a substance in red wine and white wine that can prevent breast cancer. The substance has this effect because it can resist estrogen, which is related to breast cancer.
