What are the physical fitness categories?

Many people have poor physical fitness, which always causes some physical discomfort, especially for children or the elderly who have no resistance. In this case, you need to first understand the classification of physical fitness, and then do targeted training according to which part you lack. This is a better way to improve your physical fitness. However, generally speaking, if you want to improve your physical fitness, you need to achieve the effect through some common sports exercises, but you need to decide the training program according to your physical condition.

Physical fitness, abbreviated as constitution, is the foundation of life quality. Specifically, it includes the following contents:

① Strength: An external manifestation of the human body's work, which is the ability demonstrated when muscles are tense or contracted. It is the most important functional quality for the human body to carry out normal life, work and maintain life.

②Speed: It shows how fast a person's movements are and is the human body's ability to move quickly. It can make the heart rate reach its physiological limit and maximize the stimulation to the human nervous system.

③ Endurance: The ability of the human body’s physical strength and cardiopulmonary function to withstand stress for as long as possible. It can also be seen as the body's ability to resist fatigue. Endurance should be a combination of whole body endurance, muscle endurance and cardiopulmonary endurance.

④Flexibility: It is determined by the bone structure of the joint, the size of the tissue around the joint, and the elasticity of the ligaments, tendons, muscles and skin of the hip joint. Flexibility can directly affect the coordination, range of motion and flexibility of the limbs.

⑤ Agility: A comprehensive expression of various skills and qualities, which can be demonstrated when the body position is changed quickly in an emergency.

1. Normal physique

That is, a physique that is strong and has no bias towards cold or heat. The body is well-proportioned and strong, with long black hair, ruddy complexion, faint red and yellow skin color, bright and reserved, bright eyes, and brilliance. The nose is bright and moist, the sense of smell is good, the mouth is harmonious, the lips are rosy, the appetite is good, the limbs are light and strong, and the patient can tolerate cold and heat. The bowel movements are normal, the pulse is calm and gentle, and the rhythm is even. The tongue is light red and moist, and the tongue coating is thin and white. This type of constitution has no obvious bias in yin and yang.

2. Weak constitution

It refers to a physical condition characterized by organ deficiency, insufficient Qi and blood, and imbalance of Yin and Yang. The following four categories are common.

① Qi deficiency constitution: refers to a constitution with weak Qi and lack of strength. This type occurs in both fat and thin people, but is more common in thin people. The hair is not shiny, the complexion is yellowish or pale, the skin is yellow, the eyes are dull, the nose is pale yellow, the mouth is bland, the lips are dull, the limbs are tired and weak, the person cannot tolerate cold or heat, the appetite is poor, the bowel movements are normal or constipated, the urine is normal or frequent, the pulse is weak, the tongue is pale red, and there are teeth marks on the edges.

② Blood deficiency constitution: This refers to the common physical characteristics of blood deficiency. The main symptoms are sallow or pale complexion, pale lips and tongue, dry hair, dull skin, lack of energy, fatigue, shortness of breath when moving, constipation, and a weak pulse.

③ Yin deficiency constitution: refers to a constitution characterized by deficiency of Yin fluid, lack of nourishment, and Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity. The body is slender, the complexion is often red or the cheekbones are red, the skin color is pale and red, the sclera has many red threads or is dark and turbid, the eyes are dry, the vision is blurred, there is a lot of mucus, the nose is slightly dry, or there is nosebleed, the mouth and throat are dry, and they like to drink cold drinks. The lips are red and slightly dry, the hands and feet are hot, the stool is dry or constipated, the urine is short and red, the pulse is thin and stringy or rapid, and the tongue is red with little or no coating.
