Barbecue is very fun to make and can easily arouse people's interest. However, barbecue will produce a lot of oil smoke. This kind of oil smoke is different from ordinary cooking oil smoke. 1. For women : Oil smoke contains the carcinogen benzopyrene. Long-term inhalation of oil smoke will cause lesions in human tissues. The proportion of women aged 40-60 who are exposed to oil smoke for a long time will increase several times. Rough skin with wrinkles, hair loss, pigmentation, and weight gain. Oil fume particles clog the skin pores, causing women's skin to be rough, dry, wrinkled, and pigmented, making people more likely to gain weight. Oil fume can damage the body's immune system. The pollution of oil fume makes children prone to conjunctivitis, rhinitis, pharyngitis, tracheitis, pneumonia and other diseases, which seriously endangers the healthy growth of children.

3. For the elderly: It is more likely to cause geriatric diseases. The fat oxides in oil smoke can cause cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Especially for the elderly who are choked by oil smoke for many years, they are more susceptible to diseases.

4. For families: Oil smoke invades the respiratory tract and can cause symptoms such as loss of appetite, irritability, lack of energy, fatigue and weakness; this is medically known as "oil fume syndrome". The symptoms of this disease are loss of appetite, feeling hungry but food tastes bland, feeling irritated, poor spirits, drowsiness, and general weakness. Acrolein, the main component of oil fume, has strong irritation to the eye, nose and throat mucosa, and can cause chronic keratitis, rhinitis, pharyngitis, tracheitis, pneumonia and other diseases. In addition, there are 74 chemical substances in oil fume that can cause cell changes, leading to male infertility and becoming a "family killer."
