Blood donation transaminase is unqualified

When people donate blood, the hospital will do a preliminary examination of our bodies. The first is to ensure that the patient's blood can be used as a professional standard for blood donation, and at the same time to ensure that some potential problems in the patient's body can be detected. First of all, the age of the blood donor should be between 18 and 55 years old, and the requirements for weight and physical health are also very strict. If the test results during blood donation show that the transaminase level is high and unqualified, the person is not allowed to donate blood.

I. General Provisions

1. In order to ensure the quality of blood used for medical purposes, guarantee the physical health of blood donors and the safety of blood recipients, blood donors must undergo a physical examination and blood test before each blood donation, and the donated blood must be tested according to prescribed items.

2. The physical examination and blood test of blood donors before donating blood shall be based on the results of the blood station and shall be valid for two weeks.

3. Before donating blood, blood donors must fill out the "Blood Donation Registration Form" and "Health Status Inquiry Form".

4. Non-fixed point blood donors only need to undergo a physical examination and fill out a "health status inquiry form".

5. The initial and repeated blood tests of blood donors shall not use reagents produced by the same reagent factory, and the initial and repeated blood tests of the same specimen shall not be performed by the same person.

2. Physical Examination Standards for Blood Donors

1. Age: 18-55 years old.

2. Weight: Male ≥50 kg, Female ≥45 kg.

3. Blood pressure: 12-20/8-12Kpa, pulse pressure difference: ≥4Kpa (kilopascals). Or: 90-140/60-90mmHg, pulse pressure difference: ≥30mmHg.

4. Pulse: 60-100 beats/minute, ≥50 beats/minute for high endurance athletes.

5. The body temperature is normal.

6. There is no yellowing of the skin, no wound infection, no large-area skin disease, and no obvious enlargement of the superficial lymph nodes.

7. There are no serious diseases in the facial features, the sclera is not yellow, and the thyroid gland is not enlarged.

8. There is no serious disability in the limbs, no serious functional disorder, and no redness and swelling in the joints.

9. Chest: Heart and lungs are normal (physiological heart murmurs are considered normal).

10. Abdomen: The abdomen is flat and soft, without lumps, tenderness, and the liver and spleen are not enlarged.

3. Blood Testing Standards for Blood Donors

1. Blood type: ABO blood type (positive and negative typing method). Rho (D) blood type is measured in areas where conditions permit and in areas with a high Rh negative rate.

2. Blood specific gravity screening: ketone sulfate method, male ≥1.052, female ≥1.050, or colorimetric method.

3. Alanine aminotransferase (ALT) ketone body powder method: negative, or Lysine method: ≤25 units.

4. Hepatitis B virus surface antigen (HBsAg) enzyme-labeled method: negative (the rapid diagnostic method is limited to initial testing at non-fixed blood collection points).

5. Hepatitis C virus antibody (HCV antibody) enzyme-labeled method: negative.

6. Human immunodeficiency virus antibody (HIV antibody) enzyme-labeled method: negative.

7. Syphilis test RPR method or TRUST method: negative.

8. Recheck items 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 above.

9. One year after clinical cure of hepatitis A, if the test results are normal for three consecutive times with an interval of one month, you can donate blood (subject to the clinical test report).

10. Detection of Plasmodium in areas with high malaria incidence.
