It remains the same in the future. As long as you are not obviously suffering from heatiness, just soak your feet in warm water every day. Do not use moxa water to soak your feet. When you catch a cold, have a runny nose, a sore throat, body aches, or have a fever, you can soak your feet in moxa leaf water until your body sweats, but you must drink ginger and brown sugar water at the same time. Add scallion when you have a fever, and add a few cloves of garlic when you have a cough. Drink it several times until your body is hot and you no longer have body aches and runny nose. Then drink plenty of boiled water to expel the virus and cold fire in time, and pay attention to rest, and the cold will heal quickly.

Correct use of mugwort can effectively relieve and cure our body's symptoms, but excessive use of mugwort will cause the body to become deficient, resulting in headaches, dizziness, tinnitus, dry eyes, fatigue, depression, and in severe cases, coughing and asthma.
