1. Woolen fabric

2. Silk fabric

3. Chemical fiber fabrics

4. Cotton and linen fabrics

5. Silk and wool fabrics

If the fabric is made of silk or wool, the mildew stains on such fabrics should be scrubbed with a cotton ball dipped in turpentine, and then exposed to the sun to remove moisture.

6. Leather goods (leather clothes, leather gloves, etc.)

Leather products should not be wiped with a wet cloth. It is best to brush off the mildew after drying (or tumbling) them, but they should be handled gently and avoid exposure to sunlight. In order to prevent the re-formation of mildew spots, you can prepare some medicine, the ingredients are 3 parts of p-nitrophenol (can be bought at chemical stores), 10 parts of soap, and 100 parts of water. 7. Stubborn mildew stains on clothes

It should be wiped with a hot hydrogen peroxide solution or bleach solution at 35-60 degrees Celsius, then rinsed with water.
