How to wear disposable contact lenses?

The eyesight of the eyes is the standard that determines whether one can see the world clearly. The higher the eyesight, the clearer one can see, while decreased eyesight will affect one's observation of the world. Therefore, one must find a way to deal with the symptoms of impaired vision in a timely manner. Wearing glasses is an effective way to solve the problem of decreased vision, especially disposable contact lenses, which are very popular. Let's take a look at how to wear disposable contact lenses.

How to wear contact lenses:

Place the contact lens lightly on your fingertips. The one with a bowl-shaped edge is the front side and can be worn. If the edge is curled outwards, it is the back side.

After cleaning your hands, gently cup the contact lens with the tip of your right index finger (left hand for left-handed users). Please note that the contact lenses should be worn with the front side facing up.

Look forward with both eyes, use the middle fingers of both hands to pull the upper and lower eyelids apart; then attach the lens to the cornea, then remove the index finger and look down to make the lens attached to the eye, and slowly relax the eyelids with the middle fingers of both hands.

At this time, you should also use two fingers to gently adjust the position of the contact lens so that it fits your pupil better. Then close your eyes and move your eyeballs left and right to make sure the glasses are completely fitted.

How to wear contact lenses II:

1. Wash your hands and check if there is anything abnormal with the lenses before wearing them. In particular, you should check the front and back of the lens to see if it is reversed. If it is reversed, you will feel a serious foreign body sensation when wearing it.

2. Take out the lens and place it on the palm of your hand. Sprinkle fresh care solution on the lens and gently rub it with your hand.

3. Place the contact lens on the tip of your right index finger, look at the front of the lens and use the middle finger of your left hand to gently open the upper eyelid, then use the middle finger of your right hand to gently open the lower eyelid. At this time, the eyeball is exposed. At this time, gently stick the lens to the middle of the eye. When the lens touches your eyeball, look down and let go of your hand so that the lens can be put into the correct position.

How to remove contact lenses:

Before taking off your glasses, start by washing your hands. At this time, you need to look into the mirror and slightly upwards; use the index finger of your left hand and the middle finger of your right hand to pull open your upper and lower eyelids.

The critical moment has arrived, be careful not to blink.

Use your right thumb and index finger to gently press both sides of the lower edge of the lens to arch the lens and then slowly take it out.
