1. Dandelion tea

Wash the prince ginseng and jujube, put them together with the tangerine peel into a casserole, add appropriate amount of water to boil the soup, remove the residue and take the juice. It can be used as a substitute for tea and drunk frequently. It can be brewed 3-5 times in a row. It has the effect of regulating qi and soothing the stomach.
