Methods/Steps

1. Acne on the chin is caused by oily skin, overdeveloped sebaceous glands, excessive sebum secretion, clogging the pores and causing inflammation. If the pores are clogged or oil cannot be discharged smoothly due to other reasons, the sebaceous glands will continue to secrete, and sebum will accumulate in the pores, causing bulges and pimples.

2 The reason for acne on the chin is that the long-term accumulation of toxins in the body damages the functions of internal organs, leading to various symptoms such as endocrine disorders, and then causing skin problems on the body surface. Therefore, you must first detoxify and slowly regulate your body. This is a process, so don't be anxious. This is the inevitable process to cure acne.

3. Wash your face frequently with warm water and sulfur-containing soap several times a day to reduce oiliness of the skin. The skin's greasiness decreases, and the chances of dust and other dirt falling on the skin being sticky are also reduced, which can effectively prevent the blockage of the sebaceous glands and secondary infection of bacteria.

4. Eat less fat and sugary foods, fried foods, and irritating foods such as onions, garlic, and peppers. Eat more fruits and vegetables to prevent constipation and indigestion.
