The difference between cold white skin and warm white skin

There are many characteristics of human skin, for example, cool skin and warm skin are more common. For many women, they don’t know whether their skin is cool white skin or warm white skin, so they will be more entangled in choosing lipstick colors. The main difference between cool white skin and milky skin is the difference between cool tones and warm tones. Cool tones mean that the skin base color is pink, while warm tones mean that the skin base color is apricot, yellow or golden yellow.

Several shortcuts to judge cold and warm

1# If you burn easily in the sun but have a hard time tanning, you are more likely to have cool skin. Your skin generally looks pink or rosy. Conversely, if you don’t burn easily but tan easily, you may have warm skin. If you have a lighter skin tone, you tend to look more yellow, while if you have a darker skin tone, you tend to look more olive.

2# Think about which colors of lipstick, blush and nail polish are suitable for you. If cool-toned reds (that is, reds or pinks with a blue undertone) look good on your skin tone, you probably have a cool undertone. If warm reds, corals, and oranges look good on your skin tone, then you have a warm undertone.

3# Another simple way is to look at the blood vessels on your wrist. If they look bluish or even purple, you have cold skin. If it's teal, you have warm skin.

How to identify warm skin and cold skin by yourself

Regardless of type, red is essentially divided into warm and cool (that is, blue-based and orange-based). Generally speaking, Asians' natural skin tones are more suitable for warmer, more orange reds than cooler, more bluish reds.
