Then exhale slowly and return to lying on your back. This method can be of great help in the treatment of sciatica.

3. Use double-arm walking method to treat sciatica. It's like a seal walking. First, lie prone, push your upper body up, keep your feet still, and use your arms to walk. Of course, this requires a relatively high arm strength of the patient. However, this method can effectively correct a curved spine. When doing this exercise, we can choose some places that are easy to slide and wear socks to protect the instep of our feet from being injured by friction with the ground, and it can also save effort. This method can also effectively treat sciatica.
