Therefore, pregnant women must avoid intense abdominal exercises and also avoid doing exercises that involve physical contact with others. You should not do any jumping or sprinting exercises, and you should avoid doing rapid bursts of exercise. Doing these exercises during pregnancy poses many safety risks and may affect the stability of the fetus.

⑤ The fetus is not stable yet, so it is best not to play badminton. You can do some appropriate exercise in the middle of pregnancy, but not strenuous exercise. Moreover, badminton requires jumping and running to catch the ball. Otherwise you won’t be able to play well, so pregnant women cannot play badminton.
