Panic, shortness of breath, chest tightness, sweating

Sometimes we don’t do any activities or eat anything unclean, but we still experience palpitations, shortness of breath, chest tightness, and sweating. What's going on? Experts tell everyone that if you experience symptoms such as palpitations, shortness of breath, chest tightness, and sweating, you must be alert. Because this may very well be a warning sign of illness in the body. Everyone needs to go to the hospital for examination in time to rule out pathological factors.

Chest tightness and shortness of breath are related to anxiety disorders, and the symptoms usually have three aspects:

1. Inner experience: feeling anxious and restless all day long;

2. Changes in the autonomic nervous system: chest tightness, increased heartbeat, palpitations, decreased gastrointestinal motility, decreased appetite, etc.;

3. The motor system manifests itself as weakness, soft hands and feet, slight tremors, shaking, unnecessary movements such as blinking, clenching teeth, tense facial muscles, restlessness, etc. After experiencing various symptoms of anxiety, patients must not blindly use medications. Instead, they should consult relevant medical institutions to find out whether they are suffering from anxiety. Relatively speaking, menopausal women suffer from anxiety disorders because of a decrease in estrogen and endocrine disorders. Good therapeutic effects can be achieved by increasing estrogen in the patient's body and regulating endocrine system.

What is the reason for panic and shortness of breath?

Some young people experience palpitations and shortness of breath, which are often physiological. Because we usually sit in the office for a long time or stay at home and lack exercise, we will feel our heartbeat quicken if we move a little. Also, when there are some factors that cause cardiac sympathetic response, the heart rate will increase. Be careful to eliminate those irritants, and then you will slowly return to normal.

Feeling anxious and short of breath may be due to heat stroke or some other reason causing a tachycardia. Proper rest can relieve the symptoms. If you experience frequent palpitations and shortness of breath, or if the symptoms do not improve after rest, it is best to go to the hospital for a check-up and have an electrocardiogram.

Palpitations and shortness of breath are mainly caused by psychological reasons. It is easy to get sick due to bad mood and unhappy mood. Some people are more emotionally delicate. Feeling anxious and short of breath are often caused by psychological problems rather than any real problems with the heart. Patients tend to like to think and think too much. They always like to get to the bottom of any small matter and like to get to the bottom of it. This takes the advantage of being good at thinking too far. Knowing the mechanism of the disease, we should pay attention to self-adjustment and protection in life. Sometimes being a little confused can be of great benefit to the body and mind.
