The reason why toes become numb during military training

In today's society, military training is no longer just the business of soldiers. Many schools and some companies will hold military training activities for new students and employees. This not only exercises the body, but also allows everyone to get to know each other and enhance the team's spirit of unity and cooperation. However, such intense training is not suitable for everyone, so many people encounter many problems during this military training, such as heatstroke, foot pain, numbness in toes, etc. Let's talk about the reasons for numbness in toes.

Poor blood circulation in the toes and nerve damage can cause toe numbness. It may be related to wearing high heels, but not necessarily. It can also be caused by hypothyroidism, multiple neuritis, rheumatic heart disease, cor pulmonale, long-term alcoholism and smoking, and severe liver and kidney diseases.

Because the symptoms are mild, going to the hospital usually doesn't yield any results. Just be careful, unexplained numbness is a sign of illness.

The inner side of the big toe is the spleen, and the upper side of the big toe is the liver.

If the numbness does not subside after a few days and there is a family history of diabetes, go to the hospital to check your blood sugar. There are usually no symptoms in the early stages of diabetes, and it is often difficult to detect until it becomes very serious. If you experience frequent numbness, soreness, or swelling in any part of your body, you should check your blood sugar promptly.

If both left and right feet are numb, the most common cause is cerebral vascular sclerosis or multiple neuritis.

If one side of the foot is numb, it may be due to nerve compression caused by lumbar vertebrae compression. The big toe should be the gap between L5 and the base of the vertebra. Or peripheral neuritis, peripheral vasculitis, etc.

If you have diarrhea or a cold for half a month, numbness in your toes may be due to peripheral neuritis.

The numbness symptoms are currently mild and are caused by poor microcirculation, which can be treated with massage.

No matter what the cause is, it means that your physical fitness has declined. Eat some foods such as astragalus and angelica to replenish qi and blood on a regular basis. Take B vitamins. Calcium supplement. Pay attention to keeping local warmth. More activities. Avoid smoking and drinking.

If you are still worried, you can go to the hospital to check your blood lipids and brain CT.
