Red spots on thighs, no pain or itching

Red spots on thighs, no pain or itching

It is very important to make a visual examination of skin diseases, because the manifestations of many skin diseases are similar. At present, there are many possible reasons that may cause red spots on the thighs, such as allergies, abnormal liver function, high mental stress, environmental changes, hair follicles, etc. So what are the reasons for red spots on the thighs that are neither painful nor itchy? What are the good ways to treat them? Now let us understand them one by one.

Because the symptoms of many skin diseases are similar, and the simple description in words may not be very accurate. If you have small red spots on your legs, you should go to the hospital for examination and diagnosis first so that you can take the right medicine. There are two possible reasons for the growth of small red spots on the legs:

1. If it is a skin allergy, you can take oral anti-allergic drugs such as chlorpheniramine, vitamin C, calcium gluconate, cetirizine or loratadine, and apply pevisone, fuconazole acetate borneol ointment or acyclovir ointment externally. After treatment, you will gradually recover. At the same time, try to avoid external irritants and local irritations in daily life, do not eat sour, spicy dishes or other irritating foods, and avoid seafood and other foods that are prone to cause allergies.

2. It may be keratosis pilaris, which generally does not require special treatment. Eat more vegetables and fruits. Those with obvious keratinization can take vitamin A orally, supplemented with vitamin E to increase the efficacy. Topical application of 10% urea cream or 0.05% vitamin A acid ointment can relieve symptoms. Pay attention to regular diet, mainly eat light food, and avoid squeezing the rash, because squeezing the rash out may easily leave small scars.

This is because the climate is cold and dry in winter. If the cleaning is not in place, it will easily lead to clogged hair follicles and accumulation of cuticles.

It most commonly appears on the outer sides of the upper arms, thighs, and neck.

For the treatment of chicken skin, it is recommended to use Exfoliating Cream to remove it, twice a day, and it will be cured after a month.

Also pay attention to skin hygiene and don't scratch or squeeze it with your hands. This will make it easy to get infected, which will become more and more serious, and may also leave scars and pigmentation, which will be more difficult to recover.

Eat more whole grains in your diet because they contain more vitamin A and vitamin D. If you don’t usually eat these, you can also take AD pills for supplementation.
