There are many small blisters on the palm

Small blisters are a disease that appears on the surface of the skin. This disease will more or less cause some diseases to our body, and sometimes it will be accompanied by pain. The small blisters appear in a wide range of places, including the palms. However, many people do not know the specific reasons for this situation. So why are there so many small blisters on the palms?

Some small blisters appear on the hands accompanied by varying degrees of itching, and peeling often occurs in the later stages. This is medically known as "dyshidrosis." Clinical manifestations: Dyshidrosis often occurs in summer and autumn, and often occurs symmetrically on the palms and soles. The blisters are deep and have tight walls. They are the size of millet to rice grains, hemispherical and slightly higher than the skin surface. There is no inflammatory reaction and they desquamate after drying.

Treatment: You should use the safe, non-toxic, mild "Yu Lie Kang" cream for treatment. It can promote the absorption of blisters, reduce exudation, and thus reduce the inflammatory response. It is also easy to find on the Internet. It works better than anything else when paired with the free skin anti-itch spray. Life remedy: If small blisters appear on your hands and there are itchy symptoms, you can apply and soak the affected area with an appropriate amount of white vinegar. Soak for about 5 minutes every day.

If only small blisters appear on the palms of your hands and there are itchy symptoms, it is generally considered to be eczema caused by allergies. If a child has the above symptoms and also has small blisters on the skin of the feet and the skin and mucous membranes in the mouth, hand, foot and mouth disease should be considered. It is caused by a viral infection.

Guidance: If it is eczema, anti-allergic treatment can be used, such as oral loratadine and external application of Eucerin cream. If it is hand, foot and mouth disease, antiviral symptomatic treatment can be used, such as oral antiviral liquid and external application of calamine lotion.

Dyshidrosis, also known as dyshidrosis, is a blistering disease of the palms and soles of the feet. This disease is similar to snail blisters in traditional Chinese medicine. As recorded in "Golden Mirror of Medical Ancestral and Heart of Surgery", "the initial shape is like a bean, the blisters are yellow, stuffy and swollen, hard and painful and cannot touch the ground. Several blisters are born in succession, and the skin is thick and difficult to break by itself." Some people call this disease "foot earthworms".

Symptoms and signs 1. It is common on the palms, fingertips, and sides of fingers, rarely on the backs of hands and soles, and often occurs symmetrically. 2. Sudden appearance of numerous clustered or scattered small blisters deep in the epidermis with normal skin color. Mucous fluid oozes out after the blisters burst. After a few days, the blisters are absorbed and dry up, leaving ring-shaped scales. The patient feels itching and burning. If the disease lasts for a long time, it may cause dryness, desquamation, and thickening of the skin on the palms. If there is secondary infection, pustules may form and the inflammation is obvious. In severe cases, lymphangitis and lymphadenitis may occur. 3. It starts in late spring and early summer, gets worse in summer, and heals itself in winter. It often coexists with excessive sweating of the hands and feet, and recurs regularly every year. 4. It is more common in teenagers and can be alleviated or healed on its own after middle age.

Treatment with medication: 1. Take prednisone 30 mg/d orally for about 1 week, which has a good effect. For those with mental tension, sedatives such as oryzanol, propantheline bromide (propantheline), propantheline bromide (bromphenicol) can be appropriately used. 2. Local (1) In the early stage, the main treatment is drying and relieving itching. You can use hand and foot hyperhidrosis lotion or 3% to 5% formalin for external application, or use 5% alum solution, 5% lead acetate or aluminum acetate solution, or use compound zinc and copper immersion solution diluted 5 times and soak for 20 minutes once a day or every other day. After soaking or wet compress, apply steroid cream or sweat blister paste. (2) For dry and desquamating skin, corticosteroid cream or ointment can be used. If local peeling, dryness and pain occur repeatedly, 2% to 5% salicylic acid ointment, 10% urea cream can be applied externally, or superficial X-ray irradiation can be used once a week, 100 seconds each time, for a total of 6 times. 3. The oral medication method of traditional Chinese medicine should be to strengthen the spleen and eliminate dampness, and the prescription can be Jianpi Chushi Decoction or Chushi Pills. Use Cangfu water or Gankudzu water for external washing. 4. The main acupoints for acupuncture therapy can be Hegu, Laogong, Yuji and Jianshi. The combined acupoints include Quchi, Zusanli and Sanyinjiao. The above is an introduction to what causes blisters on the palms of your hands. If such symptoms occur, we must deal with them in a timely manner and go to a regular hospital for examination. Only the right medicine can the disease recover as quickly as possible. At the same time, in order to avoid such a situation, we must pay attention to the hygiene of our hands when in contact with the outside world and wash our hands more often.
