There's a little buzzing in my ears

There's a little buzzing in my ears

In daily life, people often have a buzzing sound in their ears, like mosquitoes flying around in our ears, and sometimes they feel an echo in their ears when they speak. A buzzing sound in the ear is a manifestation of tinnitus. There are many reasons for tinnitus, which may be caused by getting angry, or it may be an ear disease, it may be otitis media, or it may be caused by sudden stimulation of the ear.

The feeling of cicada sounds, buzzing, hissing, etc. in the ear is medically called "tinnitus". Generally, tinnitus occurs suddenly. You may find tinnitus when you wake up from sleep, or you may suddenly be in the world. The noise is loud, but you will still have tinnitus after the noise. There are also cases where the ear is hit and the tinnitus continues. Either one will make people feel upset, anxious and depressed.

1. First of all, tinnitus can be divided into transient and persistent types. If the tinnitus is temporary and only lasts for 1-2 hours, but disappears again a few hours later, it is a physiological phenomenon and you don't need to be overly nervous. It is usually neurasthenia tinnitus caused by staying up late or getting angry. The treatment method is simple. Drink more water, take some Huanglian Shangqing Tablets or Niuhuang Jiedu Tablets or Jianglonghua, and rest more, and basically there will be no problem.

2. If it is persistent tinnitus that keeps ringing, this may be because you felt cold outside last night and woke up to find tinnitus today, especially if it is accompanied by symptoms of vertigo. It is usually caused by wind and cold. The treatment method is similar to that for treating a cold. In addition, boil water with ginger slices, red dates and brown sugar, drink more, then sleep and rest, and basically there will be no problem.

3. If you suddenly hear a loud noise, followed by tinnitus, it means that the hearing system is affected. This situation generally does not require medication, and you should not take medicine indiscriminately. The human body has its own recovery function. You just need to stay away from the sound as much as possible and rest quietly. You can press the tragus and pull the ears appropriately, but don't use too much force. Generally it will be completely healed in 3-4 days.

4. If you suddenly have tinnitus without any reason, think about whether you have not paid attention to hygiene, or the environment around you has been very bad recently, causing your ears to be infected with bacteria. For example, whether water has entered your ears, or whether you have stayed too long near a garbage pool when you go out, or in other places with bad environments. Treatment method: keep the ears clean and dry, dry them with a cotton swab after each bath, drink plenty of water, and take oral anti-inflammatory drugs, such as amoxicillin capsules, cephalexin capsules, etc. Do not take other types of medicines, such as painkillers.

5. If it is otitis media, which is a more troublesome ear disease, it is usually caused by bacteria in the ear due to lack of hygiene. There will be bursts of pain at the same time as tinnitus. In severe cases, it will be very painful to touch the ear. In most cases, only one side of the ear hurts and the other side is normal. In this case, external medicine on one side will not work and you must go to the hospital for treatment, the sooner the better.
