How to remove soft weeping warts

How to remove soft weeping warts

Soft verruca is commonly known as skin tag, also called soft fibroma. Older and middle-aged women are more susceptible to the disease, and it mainly appears in areas with more wrinkles, such as the neck, armpits, groin, etc. Clinically, soft verrucae can be divided into two types: single marsupial type and multiple filiform type. Especially when multiple warts appear at the same time, although there are no subjective symptoms, they look very ugly. So, how to remove soft sphenoid warts? Let’s take a look below.

Skin tags are soft fibroids. A medical term, also known as soft hanging wart, refers to a soft, skin-colored growth that is attached to the skin surface by a thin pedicle-like tissue. It is common in middle-aged and elderly people, especially in women, and is prone to occur in the neck, armpits, and groin folds. Smaller lesions can be excised or cut off, or burned with electrocautery, freezing, CO2 laser, or trichloroacetic acid and pure carbolic acid.

Clinical manifestations

It is common in middle-aged and elderly people, especially in women, and is prone to occur in the neck, armpits, and groin folds. Clinically, it is divided into two types: single and multiple.

1. Single-shot bag-shaped type

It often occurs in the lower part of the trunk and is a single pocket-shaped tumor with a thin pedicle-like root. It is soft and inelastic to the touch and has normal skin color. It may occasionally cause pain due to torsion of the pedicle, and inflammation and necrosis may also occur.

2.Multiple filamentous type

It often occurs on the neck or armpits, and is a soft, thread-like protrusion ranging in size from a needle tip to a mung bean, with normal skin color or light brown.

examine

Skin lesion histopathology: Single-lesion marsupial type shows thinning and flattening of the epidermis and increased pigmentation of the basal layer; multiple-lesion filiform type shows hyperkeratosis of the epidermis, papilloma-like hyperplasia, and mild to moderate hypertrophy of the spinous layer. The dermis is mainly composed of loose connective tissue, fibroblasts, collagen fibers and dilated capillaries.

treat

1. Smaller skin lesions can be removed or cut off, or burned with electric cautery, freezing, CO2 laser, or trichloroacetic acid and pure carbolic acid;

2. For larger pedunculated skin lesions, surgical suture ligation therapy can be used.
