First of all, we should know that everyone's health is the most important thing, so I suggest that everyone should not blindly believe in some quick weight loss methods.

There are two reasons

First, it is unsafe. Every method of quick weight loss is based on the premise of destroying certain functions of your body, and it is not suitable to stick to it for a long time. These methods that help you lose weight are often caused by some simple nutrients, which prevent your body from getting more nutrition. A single nutrition will cause the body to lack nutrition and lead to symptoms such as dizziness.

Second, these so-called quick weight loss methods all emphasize 3 days, 5 days, or a week, and should not be used for a long time. However, due to short-term weight loss, the body cannot stay in a state of habit, and the body will rebound after resuming the diet. The result is that the more you lose weight, the fatter you get.

The weight loss method I proposed is the result of more than three months of rapid weight loss, combined with some practical experience, information from the Internet and the help of friends, and I am convinced that this method will allow you to lose weight while eating your fill.

1. Before losing weight, use a notebook to record your weight, measurements, thigh, calf, arm and other measurements

2. Exercise is an indispensable part of weight loss. Therefore, if you simply rely on reducing the amount of food you eat, the weight loss rate will be very slow. Exercise should also be included in the plan.

3. Bitter melon can reduce a person’s daily fat intake by 25%. Eating bitter food is necessary during weight loss.

4. Beef, fish and duck meat are rich in iron and protein. Don’t think that you can’t eat meat during weight loss. Meat is a must.

5. Drink a glass of water every morning to detoxify.

6. Before eating, drink water first. When eating, drink soup first, then eat vegetables, and finally eat meat. Chew each mouthful of rice 30 times in your mouth.

7. Know how to calculate calories. People need to consume about 2,000 calories per day. 700 calories = 1 pound of fat

8. Don’t weigh yourself every day as that will make you feel frustrated. It is best to weigh yourself once a week or half a month.

9. Try to eat less fruit during the weight loss period. If you really want to eat it, you can use cucumbers and carrots instead.

10. Reward yourself appropriately. If you reach your goals in a few days, you can give yourself an appropriate reward, such as a piece of chocolate or something else, but don’t eat too much.

11. It’s okay to overeat. Eating one more bite won’t make you gain an extra pound of weight. But after eating that one bite, you feel like you’ve failed today, so you just finish it. In this case, you’re bound to gain weight.

13. Drink plenty of water. Water has no calories. Drink plenty of water. When you are hungry, drink water first. Wait 20 minutes and if you are still hungry, then eat.

14. Losing weight is an arduous and painful process. If you feel that you can't do it, or if you stick to your previous tastes, then you will not be able to lose weight.

How to lose 12% of your body weight in 12 days

No exercise is required, and many foreigners say it is very good. This is also a recipe strongly recommended by the World Fitness Center in the United States to ladies who want to lose weight urgently. Method: 12 days in total: The first 3 days: Eat vegetables and fruits as food every day, eat fruits in the morning, eat vegetables and fruits together at noon, and eat vegetables in the evening (no oil and salt), with no limit on the amount. Days 4-6: Eat milk and yogurt every day (please don’t buy those with preservatives, as they will not help you lose weight and will also increase your belly), you can eat more, with no limit on the amount.
