What medicine should I take for a slow heartbeat

A rapid heartbeat is called palpitations, and this is abnormal. Unless you exercise for a long time, your heart rate will not be slow. However, if the heartbeat is too slow, this may be due to qi deficiency. Some people have poor physical fitness and a slow heartbeat, which may be life-threatening if they are not careful. Atropine can be used to treat this, and a slow heart rate may have adverse effects on the body. You need to pay special attention to your diet and avoid eating spicy food.

If the heart rate is between 40-50 beats/minute, you can take: 2 tablets of Xinbao 3 times a day. If the heart rate is too slow, below 40 beats/minute, a pacemaker needs to be installed.

Sinus bradycardia may be caused by deficiency of heart qi. It would be better to take some Chinese medicine to replenish heart qi. Xinbao Pills or Ningxinbao Capsules can be chosen for conditioning.

The causes of sinus bradycardia are very complicated. For those with mild symptoms, you can take Chinese patent medicine, Xinbao Pills, Shengmai Drink, and Astragalus Oral Liquid for treatment. If the sinus bradycardia is severe, a pacemaker needs to be installed for treatment. There are many foods that can be eaten for bradycardia, including general fruits and vegetables, pasta, fish, and milk.

The main thing is to see if it is a problem of sinus bradycardia. It can be treated with atropine, and in severe cases, a pacemaker can be used for treatment. An adult whose heart rate is below 60 beats per minute is called bradycardia. However, for those who have undergone long-term physical exercise or heavy physical labor, although their heart rate is only 50 to 60 beats per minute, they are energetic and have no discomfort, so they are not pathological. If the normal heart rate is 70 to 80 beats per minute and drops below 40 beats per minute, the patient will feel palpitations, shortness of breath, dizziness and fatigue. In severe cases, there will be difficulty breathing, stuffy brain, and sometimes a feeling of impact in the precordial area. In more serious cases, the patient may suddenly faint due to insufficient cardiac output.

Take Tianwang Buxin Pills for treatment, do less excessive exercise, eat less irritating food, maintain a regular life, and keep your emotions stable.

Eat a low-salt and low-fat diet, quit smoking and drinking, lead a regular life, investigate and treat the primary disease. For those with a heart rate lower than 40 beats/minute, consider installing a pacemaker. For those asymptomatic, no treatment is required, and oral Xinbao Pills, Wenxin Granules, etc. can be taken.
