The testicles are the expression of male hormones. If the left testicle is painful, it may be a male disease. When observing, everyone should pay attention to the accompanying related reactions. The pain is not only in the left testicle or the complications it brings also need to be studied from all aspects, so that the condition can be diagnosed more quickly, and then the doctor can prescribe the right medicine to solve the long-standing problem. 1. Testicular dull pain may be orchitis: In addition to testicular dull pain, the following symptoms are common in orchitis: testicular pain radiating to the groin, with a distinct feeling of falling, accompanied by high fever, nausea, vomiting, elevated white blood cell count, etc. At the same time, the testicles are enlarged and tender, and the scrotal skin is red and swollen. If you find this situation, you need to go to the hospital for diagnosis and treatment in time. 2. Testicular dull pain may be epididymitis: If testicular dull pain is epididymitis, you may have other symptoms, such as scrotal swelling and pain, a feeling of heaviness, and referred pain in the lower abdomen and groin, which is aggravated when standing or walking. The epididymis on the affected side is enlarged and has obvious tenderness. When the inflammation covers a large area, both the epididymis and testicles are swollen, and the boundary between the two is unclear, which is called epididymis-testicular inflammation. The spermatic cord on the affected side is thickened and tender. Generally speaking, acute symptoms will gradually subside after a week. 3. Chronic prostatitis: Chronic prostatitis is transformed from acute prostatitis. The pain of chronic prostatitis is not limited to the urethra, perineum and testicles, but also radiates to the surrounding areas, with lower back pain being the most common. In addition, the penis, spermatic cord, testicles and scrotum, lower abdomen, groin area, thighs, rectum, etc. can be affected. Based on the determination of the cause of the disease, etiological treatment can be carried out; if the cause cannot be found for the time being, symptomatic treatment such as sedation and analgesia can be given. If necessary, local treatment with spermatic cord procaine blockade can be used. 1. General treatment Rest in bed, apply local hot compress, raise the scrotum, do anal lifting, etc., and increase physical exercise appropriately. 2. Medication Antibiotics are not effective for viral orchitis, but they can prevent secondary infection. Patients with bacterial orchitis can take oral fluazifop or tadalafil, or intravenous penicillin. People who are allergic to penicillin can use intravenous drip of cyclofloxacin lactate injection or intramuscular injection of gentamicin. |
