How to quickly remove blood stasis

How to quickly remove blood stasis

The human body has the ability to heal itself, but when the body is hit by external force or falls, bruises and blood clots often occur. If local tissues are injured at this time, it will affect the body's self-healing function. Therefore, when you are injured, you should take effective treatment in time to allow the injury to recover quickly. If the situation is more serious, then you need to go to the hospital for treatment. If the bruise is not serious, then you can simply treat it yourself, and the bruise will disappear after a period of time. Here are some quick ways to remove bruises.

1. Cold or hot compress

It is a widely used method for removing blood stasis. Apply cold compress within 24 hours after the injury, using an ice pack (ice cubes) or a cold water towel to the injured area for about 30 minutes. After the cold compress, hot compress should be applied. Hot compress needs to be done every day until the bruises disappear. There are many ways to apply hot compress. You can use hot water to soak a towel, hot eggs, hot sand in a cloth bag, hot coarse salt in a cloth bag, etc., and apply these hot materials to the most painful and bruised areas.

2. Peppercorn wine

It is a very effective and fast method for removing blood stasis. Pick some fresh peppercorns or buy some Sichuan peppercorns from a Chinese medicine store, and then buy some white wine with an alcohol content of about 60%. Put the peppercorns into a glass bottle with a sealed lid, and then pour the white wine into the bottle (just enough to cover the peppercorns, and add more white wine for dry peppercorns), then cover the lid and put the glass bottle in a pot of hot water for a water bath for more than an hour. Apply the hot medicinal wine to the dark bruises every morning, noon and evening. It will quickly remove the bruises and also heal injuries and relieve pain.

3. Fire therapy

It is also a good way to remove blood stasis and relieve pain, and the effect is rapid. Find a bottle of disinfectant alcohol, dip a cotton ball in alcohol, hold it with tweezers, light it, and roll it back and forth on the bruise. After the fire is out, dip it in alcohol and repeat the operation. Do the fire therapy for 15 to 30 minutes, and do it every morning, noon and evening. You can also apply a wet towel to the bruise, then drop a few drops of alcohol on the bruise, and then light it on fire. After the fire is out, continue to drop alcohol and repeat the operation. Do the fire therapy for 15 to 30 minutes.

4. Bloodletting

It is also a quick way to remove blood stasis. Use a sterilized glass piece or other tool to puncture the bruise and squeeze out the blood, or use a cupping jar to draw it out. Bloodletting tools must be disinfected to avoid secondary damage caused by bacterial infection.
