How to quickly relieve shoulder pain

Long-term use of mobile phones, watching TV series, and poor sitting posture can easily lead to vertebral disease. Many people experience shoulder pain at a young age, and it can even be said that cervical spondylosis has become a common disease among modern people. The onset of cervical spondylosis is very harmful to the human body. It not only causes pain directly, but also compresses the nerves, which in turn causes greater discomfort. So what are some ways in life to relieve shoulder pain?

1. Shoulder massage.

You don’t have to go to a beauty salon to have your shoulder massaged regularly. You can have your loved ones help you at home. The technique mainly involves moderate pressing and tapping, but not too much force. Each massage should last about 30 minutes. This method can effectively relieve pain.

2 Press the acupoints.

The acupoints on the shoulders are mainly located just above the shoulders. When you press them with your hands, you will feel a slight pain. This acupoint can stimulate the shoulder's night circulation and relieve the symptoms of shoulder soreness. There will be no obvious improvement after pressing, and you will generally feel comfortable after 4 hours.

3. Shoulder activities.

Perform appropriate shoulder exercises every day, such as twisting your head to drive shoulder movements, doing it dozens of times in clockwise and counterclockwise directions, and then shrugging your shoulders back and forth several times. This can effectively prevent shoulder discomfort symptoms.

4. Practice yoga.

Yoga can help us move our muscles and bones, and every part of our body can be exercised. We can choose several movements that are most suitable for shoulders to practice. Practicing once a day after get off work can fully relax our shoulders and make us feel very comfortable.

5. Keep exercising.

You can do some aerobic exercise every day, such as jogging, brisk walking, swimming, etc. When exercising, consciously shake your shoulders to fully mobilize your shoulders. This is also a good way for us to stay healthy.

6. Avoid sitting for long periods of time.

Sitting for a long time is undoubtedly the root cause of shoulder pain, so no matter how busy we are at work or study, we should get up and move our shoulders every hour. Five minutes is enough. This will prevent shoulder pain, give ourselves some space to rest, and increase work and study efficiency.
