Feeling anxious and restless

When faced with something we are unfamiliar with or afraid of, we will instinctively feel nervous, but when we encounter something we don’t like, we will not only feel nervous but also uneasy. This situation belongs to the emotional category. The cause of panic and irritability may also be caused by illness, such as hypoglycemia. Hypoglycemia can make our body weak, and panic is one of the symptoms. We need to understand the specific reasons in order to make better improvements.

Modern people live at a fast pace, and their body and mind are often in a state of tension. Over time, this can easily lead to emotional instability and even anxiety. Long-term anxiety can cause many physical problems.

Some natural disasters, life pressures, and accumulated fatigue have led to a lot of unreasonable anxiety. The fatigue caused by allergies and anxiety has reached its peak. Thinking about it and worrying alone will only make the damage worse. Face the reality that you are already exhausted, and take this opportunity to comfort your body.

Response 1: Acknowledge that anxiety is a sequela of a specific cause

People who are anxious and restless always come up with targets for venting their anger, such as "the people around me are bad" or "the world is bad". However, venting one's anger on others will worsen interpersonal relationships, and one will unconsciously fall into self-blame, making one's mood even more depressed. It should be acknowledged that this restlessness is caused by the exhaustion of one's own energy after a major earthquake or other disaster.

Consider massage, delicious food, and other methods of rest that can soothe you when you are weak.

You can use exercise to release your energy and eliminate irritability by consuming physical energy. When you feel upset, run a few laps on the playground or play a ball game to stretch your muscles.

You can shout a few times into the distance, sing a song, and relax your whole body;

You can swim a few laps in the swimming pool and experience the joy of swimming in the water.

Correspondence three: Keep a distance from people who easily vent their anger

After venting, you always want to repair the relationship with the person you vented to, but when your energy is exhausted, nothing you do will go smoothly. Keeping a distance from them or staying in a hotel alone for two or three days is also an option.

A cup of drink that suits your taste, such as coffee, tea or a glass of water, can slow down your pace, slow down your heartbeat, drink slowly, let time stop for a while, and think things through.

Find someone you trust to confide your inner feelings to. You should learn to communicate more. Don't handle everything by yourself. Don't be so assertive and don't pretend to be strong, otherwise your psychological defenses will become more and more easily touched and more and more fragile.

Buy a little gift for yourself. If no one comforts you or you don’t want to be comforted, then we can comfort ourselves.

I comfort myself by picking some of my favorite snacks, making some of my favorite desserts and dishes, buying a favorite piece of clothing, and putting on some simple, casual light makeup.
