My face is itchy, red, and feels rough

The facial skin is the part that we usually pay most attention to. We don’t have to take a shower every day but we must take care of our face. It is the face, which is valued by the public, but is prone to abnormal problems. For example, when the seasons change, many people will experience redness and itchiness on their faces, which become rough instead of smooth to the touch. So what is the reason for this? Is there any good way to solve this?

Reasons for dry, itchy and rough skin on face:

1. Seasonal dry climate: If the season is too dry during the change of seasons, the skin will become very fragile, and small red bumps may appear on the face, and it will be very itchy. Of course, not everyone will have small red pimples. The manifestation of dry climate on people's faces varies depending on skin type. Some people have pimples on their faces, while others have peeling skin.

2. Allergic itching is a common symptom of allergic reactions. If your face itches and you have eaten irritating foods or things that are prone to allergies, then you may be suffering from an allergy. Or seasonal allergies are also common.

3. Insufficient vitamin supplementation: If you eat less vegetables during this period and your vitamin intake is insufficient, your face may also itch.

4. Hygiene issues The itchy face caused by hygiene issues has nothing to do with the season. Many people go to bed without removing makeup thoroughly, so they feel uncomfortable and itchy on their faces when they wake up the next day. Or if the towel used for washing your face is not cleaned properly or you do not wash your face carefully, it will also cause itching on your face.

5. Mites Mites can cause itching on the face, especially when sleeping, or the whole face becomes red and swollen, etc. Mites growing on the face should be dealt with actively. How to deal with it: When bathing and washing your face, you should use a mild, preferably slightly acidic shower gel. Avoid using alkaline soaps with too strong cleansing power. Avoid bathing and washing your face with too hot water. You should use warm or cold water, or alternating hot and cold water, to wash your face. After cleansing at night, do a good job of moisturizing and apply a propolis sleeping mask.

6. Lips are most likely to become dry and uncomfortable. Many people will subconsciously lick their lips, but the result is often that the more they lick, the drier their lips become. The drier they become, the more they lick, forming a vicious cycle. The skin around the lips may even become rough and thick, and often peel. Apply lip balm in time and apply hot compress with a warm towel to effectively relieve discomfort on the lip skin.

7. Eat more fruits, drink more water, and keep moisturized. You can set your own water drinking standards, such as drinking more during the day and reducing the amount at night.
