5. Lying still and relaxing method

The method is to lie on your back naturally, overlap your hands and place them lightly on your navel, breathe evenly, eliminate distracting thoughts and relax your whole body. Silently recite "The universe is vast, my body and mind are relaxed, no distracting thoughts arise, and I fall into a deep sleep..." You can also use the method of counting your breaths to help you fall asleep.

6. Foot massage

Before going to bed, use both hands to massage the entire soles of your feet alternately for 5 minutes, and then press the Yongquan area for 2 minutes each.
