It is generally believed that the body has the ability to self-diagnose, which means that when the human body suffers from a certain disease, the body will send out a signal. For example, if you have neurosis or diseases such as hypertension, febrile diseases, uremia, hypotension, etc., you are very likely to feel anxious and want to vomit. This is a functional disorder and should be taken seriously. Therefore, if you feel anxious and want to vomit in your daily life, it is best to go to the hospital for a check-up to rule out any disease and restore your health in time. Dizziness is a manifestation of brain functional disorder. It is common in febrile diseases, hypertension, cerebral arteriosclerosis, craniocerebral trauma syndrome, neurosis, motion sickness, seasickness, excessive smoking and drinking, etc. It is also seen in anemia, arrhythmia, heart failure, hypotension, drug poisoning, uremia, asthma, etc. Dizziness is common in the early stages of depression. When dizziness is accompanied by balance disorders or spatial orientation disorders, the patient feels that the surrounding environment or himself is rotating, moving or shaking, which is called vertigo. There are several common types of dizziness: ① Cerebral dizziness. It is seen in cerebral blood circulation disorders caused by cerebral arteriosclerosis (such as basilar artery sclerosis) or cervical spondylosis, or the transient cerebral ischemia caused by this. Symptoms include dizziness, sleep disorders, memory loss, and may also include occipital headache, mild paresis, speech disorders, and irritability. It often occurs or worsens when changing body position. The disease progresses slowly. ② Cardiac dizziness. It can be seen in acute cardiogenic cerebral ischemia syndrome, which is acute cerebral ischemia caused by cardiac arrest, paroxysmal tachycardia, paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, and ventricular fibrillation, with symptoms such as dizziness, blurred vision, stomach discomfort, and syncope. ③ Vascular inhibition dizziness. It is more common in frail young women. Emotional tension, pain, fear, bleeding, hot weather, fatigue, fasting, insomnia, etc. can all trigger it. Symptoms include dizziness, vertigo, nausea, upper abdominal discomfort, pale complexion, cold sweats, etc. At this time, blood pressure drops and the pulse is weak. ④ Dizziness caused by drug poisoning. Poisoning by streptomycin, neomycin, kanamycin, gentamicin, etc. is the most common. In addition to dizziness, there is also vertigo and sensorineural hearing loss caused by cochlear nerve damage. In addition to dizziness, chronic lead poisoning also presents symptoms such as neurasthenia syndrome, hypothermia, and loss of appetite. In addition to causing dizziness, functional hypoglycemia also causes symptoms such as palpitations and weakness. There may be tremors when fasting or exerting oneself, and sometimes convulsions and loss of consciousness. When you are emotionally nervous or hyperventilating, respiratory alkali poisoning may occur due to increased carbon dioxide excretion, brain cell hypoxia, and cause dizziness, fatigue, numbness and coldness of the face, hands and feet, and a feeling of trance. For patients with dizziness, the medical history should be understood in detail, and a comprehensive physical examination should be conducted. If necessary, hearing tests, vestibular function tests, and fundus examinations should be done. Depending on the condition, cerebrospinal fluid examinations, head or cervical spine X-rays, electrocardiograms, electroencephalograms, and brain CT scans may also be performed. Treatment of dizziness is mainly aimed at treating the cause. |
