Cellulite skin

Cellulite skin

As you age or your body fat continues to increase, you will see your skin develop an orange peel-like appearance. I believe this is something many female friends do not want to see because such skin looks really ugly. If you want to alleviate this skin condition, you must first lose weight appropriately, then increase the elasticity of the skin, and massage the skin appropriately.

Loose skin and fat accumulation are problems that trouble many women. As they age, these symptoms will become more severe. This skin problem is called "orange peel skin". It is caused by the poor metabolism of excess water and aging waste around the fat cells, which causes the subcutaneous fat to accumulate into lumps, resulting in an uneven skin surface. Therefore, cellulite is not only related to the skin condition, but also closely related to the distribution of subcutaneous fat.

In addition to strengthening the body and losing weight, exercise can also tighten the skin. If you can ensure 30 to 60 minutes of exercise every day, you will soon see the results of your exercise. Here are some of the most effective exercises for firming your skin:

1. High-intensity interval training: fully exercise every muscle

Abs, buttocks, thighs...these parts can all be exercised in one 20-minute high-intensity interval training session. This method requires the fitness enthusiast to perform continuous exercise with little (or no) recovery time.

Julie explains that this type of training is an aerobic exercise that engages all the muscles in the body. If you want to get rid of cellulite, focus on exercising your lower body, such as doing more squats and lunges. The great thing about this exercise is that you can do these exercises using only your own body weight, making it perfect for those who don’t want to spend money on exercise equipment!

2. Running and brisk walking: efficient burning of excess fat

Brisk walking for at least 45 minutes a day can effectively burn fat. Julie says the vibrations created while running are great for fighting off cellulite. But don't worry, even though brisk walking takes more time, it's just as effective as running. Brisk walking is perfect for people who want to improve their endurance without putting too much strain on their knees.

3. Swimming: Helps you to look thin when dressed and look muscular when undressed

Water exercises are recommended for fitness enthusiasts who suffer from muscle or joint problems. Because this type of exercise is of moderate intensity, they can avoid getting injured during the exercise. Among them, breaststroke and freestyle can especially exercise the legs and buttocks.

Breaststroke can effectively exercise the abdominal muscles, pectoral muscles, triceps and shoulders of the upper body, as well as the buttocks, inner thighs, calves and quadriceps of the lower body. Freestyle and backstroke can mobilize the thighs, hips and shoulders, and are especially effective in shaping the body lines.

4Underwater Bicycle: The Best Way to Firm Your Skin

Underwater cycling can enhance people's cardiovascular function. Each exercise should last between 35 and 45 minutes, including essential warm-up exercises, fast stepping exercises and finishing stretching exercises.

Julie said that swimming and underwater cycling are both great tools for burning fat, and are ideal for losing weight, shaping the body, strengthening leg muscles and tightening the skin.

5. Pedaling a bicycle: Exercise your buttocks muscles

If you want to have long legs and a toned body, there is no doubt that a bicycle will be your winning weapon. You can ride laps around your favorite park and enjoy yourself while working out your glutes. If you want to increase the intensity, you might as well choose an uneven riding surface. If it rains, no problem, we still have indoor spinning bikes.

6. Diet control is essential

Of course, along with physical activity, it is also very important to follow a healthy, varied and balanced diet. Try to avoid all kinds of snacks. If you really want to eat sweets, replace them with fruits containing natural sugars. Likewise, fat-rich dishes contribute to the formation of cellulite and should also be eaten sparingly. In addition, it is best to drink more than 2 liters of water every day.

Julie reminds everyone that exercise only accounts for 30% on the road to firmer skin, and the other 70% is proper diet management. The most important thing is to find a balance between nutrition and exercise. Every 3 months, a physical assessment should be performed to observe physical changes and develop a new plan.
