3. Stretch after exercise + soak your feet in hot water

Stretching your calves after exercise is the most important thing to do to shape your body. The calves are fully stretched so that the muscles do not pile up together. A simple and effective method: stand an arm's width away from the wall, then support yourself with your hands on the wall (it will be better if you use five fingers to support yourself and do push-ups), with your body at a 30-degree angle to the wall. If you hold on for 5 minutes, your calf muscles will be stretched infinitely. Pay attention to adjust according to your body flexibility. Soaking your legs in hot water after stretching your calves will have a better effect. Putting your calves in hot water can fully circulate blood in your calves and completely relax your muscles. After soaking, massage your calves with body lotion, or you can use regular lotion. When massaging, you should follow the direction of muscle stretching from bottom to top. You can also pat gently to allow the calves to better absorb nutrients. Moreover, you can also make the leg muscles stretch longitudinally along the direction of your massage to maintain your pair of beautiful legs.
