Elderly people with advanced laryngeal cancer can be treated with four methods: general treatment, dietary adjustment, surgical treatment and chemotherapy.

1. General treatment

2. Diet adjustment

3. Surgical treatment

4. Chemotherapy

Considering the condition of elderly patients with advanced laryngeal cancer, cisplatin can be used for treatment. The medication can inhibit the growth of tumor cells and achieve the therapeutic effect of killing tumor cells, but it may cause gastrointestinal reactions and bone marrow suppression.
