Symptoms of malignant kidney cancer

Symptoms of malignant kidney cancer:

Kidney cancer is a malignant tumor that originates from the renal parenchyma urinary tubule epithelial system. The full academic term is renal cell carcinoma, also known as renal adenocarcinoma, or renal cancer for short. It includes various subtypes of renal cell carcinoma from different parts of the urinary tubules, but does not include tumors from the renal interstitium and renal pelvis.

Clinically, the early symptoms of malignant renal cancer mainly include hematuria and abdominal pain, etc. These symptoms are often not very obvious, so they are difficult to detect. The early treatment of renal cancer is more effective and there is a possibility of improvement. At the same time, if early renal cancer is combined with biological therapy after surgery, it can enhance the treatment effect, speed up recovery and prevent recurrence. Urine is also the most intuitive basis for judging kidney disease. Hematuria is one of the early symptoms of renal cancer. Hematuria is often intermittent, visible to the naked eye, and sometimes there are strips of blood clots. When blood clots block the ureter, it can cause renal colic. Abdominal pain, there will be severe dull pain in the abdomen. In addition to the tumor growth pulling the renal capsule, it may also be due to the tumor invading surrounding organs or waist muscles. The latter pain is often more severe and persistent.

If the hematuria is severe, blood clots may form, leading to ureteral obstruction and possible renal colic. A mass may form. Kidney cancer is prone to mass formation, which is located under the upper abdominal ribs and can move up and down with breathing. The examiner can touch the tumor itself or the lower pole of the kidney pushed by the tumor. If the mass is fixed, it means that the tumor has invaded the organ structure around the kidney.
