Treat hemorrhoids and internal hemorrhoids

Treat hemorrhoids and internal hemorrhoids

Hemorrhoids are a very common disease, and they can have a great impact on the patient's anal health and intestinal health. Hemorrhoids are divided into two types according to the location of the disease: internal hemorrhoids, external hemorrhoids, and mixed hemorrhoids. Internal hemorrhoids are very common, and you need to master certain methods when treating them. Below, I will introduce to you the treatment methods of internal hemorrhoids!

1. Injection therapy

The injection therapy currently used in medicine has certain effectiveness. It can produce a bacteria-free inflammatory response in the hemorrhoids and their surrounding areas, cause fibrosis of the submucosal tissue, and fix and suspend the anal cushions on the internal sphincter. There are many hardening agents used for injection, and you can choose reasonably according to your own situation.

2. Infrared coagulation therapy

This method is helpful for relatively mild patients. The principle is roughly the same as injection therapy, except that it uses infrared irradiation to cause fibrosis, hardening and atrophy of hemorrhoids. However, this method has certain disadvantages, that is, it is very easy to relapse, so you need to take good care of yourself after treatment.

3. Rubber band ligation therapy

This method is effective for second- and third-degree internal hemorrhoids. Choose a rubber ring that suits the patient's disease and insert it into the root of the internal hemorrhoids. The elasticity of the rubber ring can block the movement of hemorrhoidal blood, causing aseptic inflammation of the hemorrhoids, which has a good effect. Because it will be very painful if done at one time, there are many things to pay attention to during the treatment.

4. Hemorrhoidectomy

Relatively speaking, resection surgery is used for patients with second, third, and fourth degree internal cancer. This type of surgery has two resection methods: open and closed. The biggest advantage of this treatment method is that it is quick to take effect and has a relatively low recurrence rate.

5. Circular resection of hemorrhoidal mucosa with stapler

Use a hemorrhoid stapler to circularly remove 2 to 3 cm of the rectal mucosa 2 cm above the dentate line, so that the downward-moving anal cushions can be moved upward and fixed. This surgery is suitable for patients with severe hemorrhoids.

Don’t think that hemorrhoids are a minor disease and ignore it. Allowing it to develop will only make the disease more serious. Therefore, you must not miss the best time when treating it and you must find the correct method.
