What does B-ultrasound attachment mean

B-ultrasound is a widely used examination. No matter which organ or tissue in your body has a problem, you can use B-ultrasound to clearly know the specific situation. Even gynecological diseases need to be examined by B-ultrasound. Then B-ultrasound adnexology is a detailed examination of the organ and tissue. If a disease such as adnexitis occurs, you should do corresponding examinations during the onset of the disease.

Normal vulva, pubic hair with downward-pointing tips and triangular distribution, labia majora pigmentation, labia minora slightly red, no ulcers, dermatitis, growths or hypopigmentation in the perineum, clitoral length <2.5cm, light pink mucosa around the urethral opening, no growths. The vaginal wall mucosa is light pink in color and has wrinkles, without ulcers, growths, cysts, vaginal septum, double vagina or other congenital malformations. Normal vaginal discharge is egg white-like or white paste, has no fishy smell, and is in small amount. A normal cervix has bulges around the periphery and a hole in the middle. The normal uterus is inverted pear-shaped, 7-8cm long, 4-5cm wide, and 2-3cm thick. Most are in an anteriorly tilted and anteflexed position, with a medium hardness and good mobility.

Married women have old cracks in their hymen, and pregnant women have old cracks in their hymen and perineum, or there may be incision scars in the perineum. When necessary, the doctor will ask the patient to hold his breath downward during a gynecological examination to observe whether there is bulging of the anterior and posterior walls of the vagina, uterine prolapse, or urinary incontinence. If there are any lesions, doctors will often describe them as "married type" or "given birth type", and any abnormalities will be recorded in detail. Vaginal examination: If there are any abnormalities, the patient will have corresponding clinical symptoms, such as local itching, burning sensation, etc. The doctor will record them in detail and conduct tests.

Cervical examination: If any abnormalities are found, the degree of erosion (mild, moderate, or none), the degree of cervical hypertrophy, and the size and location of the growths will be described in detail.

Other examinations: Normal fallopian tubes cannot be palpated. If it is a "median" or "posterior" uterus and there are no obvious clinical symptoms, it is not a big deal. People who need to be checked: middle-aged and elderly women.

1. Blood flow direction In spectral Doppler display, the zero baseline is used to distinguish the blood flow direction. Those above the zero baseline indicate that the blood is flowing toward the probe, and those below the zero baseline indicate that the blood is flowing away from the probe. In CDI, blood flow direction is indicated by color coding, with red or yellow color spectrum indicating blood flow toward the probe (hot colors); while blue or cyan color spectrum indicates blood flow away from the probe (cold colors).

2. Vascular distribution CDI displays the blood flow in the vascular lumen and is therefore a flow channel type display. It cannot display the vascular wall and outer membrane.

3. Identification of blood vessel types in cancer nodules CDI can be used to classify blood vessels in liver cancer nodules. They can be divided into blood vessels surrounding the nodule and arc-shaped blood vessels at the inner edge of the nodule. The blood vessels flowing into the nodule, the blood vessels inside the nodule, and the blood vessels outflowing from the nodule, etc.
