What should I do if blisters appear on my feet during military training

Military training is a very important part of our country's education. It is one of the preschool trainings in various colleges and universities. It is indispensable and very effective in training people's willpower and habits. However, military training is a test of endurance and physical strength. Most students are prone to various symptoms during military training, which has a great impact on their health. For example, what should you do if you get blisters on your feet during military training?

Generally, if the wound is not broken, there is no need to do any treatment. It will absorb and heal on its own. If it is broken, it needs to be disinfected and bandaged. Generally speaking, military training does cause wear and tear, so it is recommended to put some softer pads under your shoes.

The first thing is to protect the wound. Generally, small blisters can get better on their own. However, large blisters should be disinfected and then punctured and the fluid should be drained.

You can use hot water to soak your feet for 5-10 minutes and wipe them dry; then use iodine or alcohol to disinfect the blisters, then use a sterilized needle (the needle can be soaked in boiling water or alcohol, or burned with fire) to pierce the blisters, squeeze out the liquid in the blisters, and put on a Band-Aid.

Don’t worry about the blisters that appear. Let the moisture in the blisters return to the body. If the blisters are accidentally rubbed, you need to apply some ointment. The weather is hot now, so you need to prevent infection.

Use a sterilized needle and thread to pass through the blister, leave the thread in the blister, and leave one centimeter on each end outside the blister. Allow the water in the blister to flow out naturally. Have a good sleep, and I guarantee that the pain will go away the next morning. You can use hair, but it may not be suitable for male soldiers (male soldiers' hair is not long enough), and the water in the bubble will not flow out as fast as using thread.

You should pay attention to wearing loose shoes, avoid excessive fatigue, raise the affected limb, wipe the local area with iodine, disinfect routinely, and take medicine to improve microcirculation.

It is best to eat less spicy food, quit smoking and drinking, try to keep your feet clean and dry, wear shoes and socks with good breathability, soak your feet in mugwort and safflower every night, and after they are dry, apply Dakning ointment, and you can usually recover.
