What are the effects of fish glimpse

People should be familiar with fish in their daily diet, because it is a kind of meat that people often eat in daily life. Many people only know fish and are very unfamiliar with fish bladder. There are more or less fish bladders in the bodies of many fish, accounting for about 5% of the total volume of the fish. So, what are the benefits of fish glimpse?

First, what are the functions of fish bladder? Most bony fish have swim bladders. The volume of the fish swim bladder accounts for about 5% of the body. Its shapes include oval, conical, heart-shaped, horseshoe-shaped, etc. The gases filled in the fish swim bladder are mainly oxygen, nitrogen and carbon dioxide, with oxygen containing the highest content. Therefore, in an oxygen-deficient environment, the swim bladder can act as an auxiliary respiratory organ to provide oxygen for the fish. Contains air, and the contraction and expansion of the swim bladder are regulated by the swim bladder muscles, which allows the fish to adjust the density of its body and rise or sink in the water (the explanation comes from the "Modern Chinese Dictionary". Most bony fish have a swim bladder, a long thin sac located on the dorsal side of the body cavity. The swim bladder is generally divided into two chambers, containing oxygen, nitrogen, and carbon dioxide, etc. The swim bladder has a swim bladder tube that communicates with the esophagus, called the laryngeal swim bladder, which belongs to the swim bladder of lower bony fish, such as carp. The swim bladder without a swim bladder tube is called a closed swim bladder, which belongs to the swim bladder of higher bony fish, such as sea bass. From a functional point of view, except for a few fish (such as lungfish and crossfin fish) whose swim bladder has a respiratory function, for most fish, the swim bladder is an organ that regulates the body's specific gravity, and uses the changes in the gas in the swim bladder to help regulate the body's buoyancy.

Second, the biological small molecule collagen protein contained in fish maw is the raw material for the human body to supplement and synthesize protein. And it is easy to absorb and utilize. It is stored in human tissues in the form of an aqueous solution, thereby improving the nutritional status of tissues and accelerating metabolism. It has been proven that foods rich in collagen can affect the physiological functions of certain specific tissues through the bound water of collagen, thereby promoting growth and development, enhancing disease resistance, delaying aging and resisting cancer. In China, medicine books from the Han Dynasty recorded the medicinal effects of "fish maw"; in the Tang Dynasty, it was already one of the tributes. According to Chinese medicine theory, "fish maw" has a nourishing effect and is a good product for women's skin care and beauty. Medical research has found that "fish maw" contains a large number of vitamins and a variety of trace elements, among which the content of vitamin A exceeds that of other fish products, which is very beneficial for beauty and calcium supplementation.

What are the effects of fish maw? After obtaining the fish maw, cut it open, remove the blood vessels and mucous membrane, wash it, flatten it, and dry it in the sun; or wash it and use it fresh. It is a very good medicinal material and food ingredient, including yellow croaker belly, fish belly, eel belly, etc. The dried maw is mostly pressed into long round slices, which are light yellow, keratinous and slightly shiny. The swim bladder of yellow croaker is relatively small, while the swim bladders of sturgeon and locust are relatively large.[3] It is tough and not easy to tear, and the broken parts are fibrous. It swells easily in water and almost dissolves completely when boiled. The thick solution solidifies into a jelly after cooling, which is very viscous. It has a slightly fishy smell and a light taste. After melting, the condensed jelly is called "swim bladder jelly". The commodities are collectively referred to as fish maw. The swim bladder of sturgeon and whitebait is called "yellow lip belly" or "yellow sturgeon glue". The fish glue cut into lines is called "line fish glue". It is mainly produced in my country's coastal areas and the South Pacific Islands. The "Guangdu" produced in Guangdong is of the best quality. The "Maochangdu" produced in Fujian and Zhejiang is not as soft as Guangdu, but is also considered a fine product. Guangdu and Maochangdu are transparent in color, without black blood marks, and the larger ones have strong swelling properties. There are three types of yellow croaker belly. The thick and large ones are called "ti slices", and the thin and small slices are called "diao slices". The best ti slices and diao slices are those with bright light yellow color and good swelling property. There is also a kind of "ta slice", which is made by putting several small pieces of fish belly together into a large piece and drying it in the sun. It has a muddy and unclear color, poor quality, and insufficient swelling property. The belly of the fish is relatively hard, and the ones with light yellow color are the best. Those that are insect-eaten and gray-black in color are defective products.
