Long-term mental stress, fear and depression

The human spirit is a very wonderful thing, because the human spirit can determine the trajectory of a person's life. Some people have very good spirits and are as energetic as a chicken no matter what they do, but some people have very low spirits and have no interest in doing anything. Moreover, due to the high-pressure life in modern society, some people's minds are in a state of tension, fear and depression for a long time. This situation can easily drive people crazy. So how should it be solved?

1. Create a more relaxed and comfortable environment for yourself. You can plant a plant, keep a small pet, read your favorite book, listen to music, or watch a good TV series.

2. Cultivate hobbies. People with hobbies live a more fulfilling life than those who do nothing all day, because they have dreams, pursuits, and are positive. They will not be easily defeated by fear. On the contrary, they will face their fear bravely and turn fear into strength. Therefore, cultivating a hobby is a good choice.

3. Faith . Faith is not superstition, but a spiritual sustenance that will make people more determined and confident. If you are a person of faith, you will find that sometimes the power of faith is immeasurable. For example, people who believe in sunshine are happy on every sunny day and full of expectations on every rainy day. They are optimistic, cheerful, believe in everything, know how to persevere better than ordinary people, and are more grateful. They may be afraid of unknown things, but more often they will turn this fear into the power to fight for their beliefs.

1. Keep doing relaxation exercises two to three times a day, five minutes each time. The method is: sit on a chair, keep your head and back in the correct posture, and then relax the muscles of each part of the body from top to bottom, in the order of neck, back, arms, legs and feet. Another method is to massage the feet: sit on a mat and first use your thumbs to make circular motions on the soles of your feet, massaging the entire sole of the foot, and then gently pat the muscles of the feet and thighs.

2. Lie on the bed, cover your eyes with a folded towel, then relax your whole body and try not to think about anything. After ten minutes, you will become energetic again.

3. Listen to relaxing music, such as "Blue Danube", "Hungarian Dance", "Purple Bamboo Tune", etc.

4. Healthy and hearty laughter is the best way to relieve mental stress and is also a very pleasant way to vent. 5. Vitamin C is an ideal substance for relieving daily stress. Taking an appropriate amount of vitamin C every morning and noon is very helpful for you to maintain a good mood. Vitamin B can maintain mental balance. You can eat more foods rich in vitamin B, such as dried vegetables, animal liver, bread, etc.

Self-psychological treatment for anxiety and tension:

1. Take GABA every day, 3 times a day, 2 capsules each time. This will soothe your nerves and help you sleep.

2. Using Morita therapy means not taking physical symptoms to heart. Physical discomfort is all wrong information. If you ignore the discomfort, your symptoms will gradually alleviate.

3. Treat with systematic desensitization or aversion therapy. The simplest way is to put a rubber band around your wrist and snap it hard when you feel anxious or have thoughts. You have to feel pain. This is also a form of reinforcement.

4. Let go of your worries. Your worries are all exaggerated. People live in worry. There are always unexpected events in life, and we have to accept these unexpected events.

5. When you are nervous and very uncomfortable, take a deep breath and tell yourself that my symptoms will be gone soon. These are symptoms of anxiety disorder and are wrong messages from the body. They will be gone soon and will be cured over time.
