White pustules on feet

In life, many people think that white pustules on the feet are not a very common problem. People dare not treat them casually or break the pustules. You may have tinea pedis, which is also known as "athlete's foot" and "foot dampness" in traditional Chinese medicine. Treatment principles:

1. For patients with localized skin lesions, topical therapy is the main treatment. Commonly used antifungal preparations include imidazole creams or ointments, which can also be used alternately in combination with other antifungal preparations. 2. For patients with generalized and stubborn rashes, systemic antifungal drugs can be used for treatment. Currently, Sporanox or Remesil are more commonly used. 3. Patients with systemic diseases such as diabetes and immunodeficiency should be treated together.

Self-treatment precautions

(1) Keep your feet clean and dry, wash your feet frequently, and change your shoes and socks frequently.

(2) For those who have sweaty feet and often wear long boots or rubber shoes, you can sprinkle tinea pedis powder inside your shoes and socks.

(3) Do not scratch your feet with your hands to avoid contracting tinea manuum.

(4) When choosing external medications, it is advisable to use two medications alternately and the same medication should not be used for a long time.

(5) After recovery, apply the medicine once a week, especially when the weather is hot.

This disease is mainly treated externally.

Self-therapy

1. Self-treatment with proven prescriptions

(1) Apply Fengyoujing to the affected area once a day.

(2) Wash your feet with warm water and dry them. Apply Huoxiang Zhengqi water to the affected area twice a day.

(3) Mix 3 tubes of Bingpeng Powder and 30g of Liuyi Powder, and apply appropriate amount to the affected area before going to bed.

(4) Apply appropriate amount of camphor tree leaves to the affected area twice a day.

(5) Wash the affected foot with potassium permanganate solution (1:5000), then apply vinegar to the affected area with a sterile cotton ball.

Take twice a day for one week to see miraculous results.
