Aerobic exercise consumes carbohydrates and fats during the process; anaerobic exercise only consumes carbohydrates, which can easily lead to lactic acid accumulation and fatigue.

Slow aerobic exercise is like spending small bills; high-intensity anaerobic exercise is like swiping a credit card. The former spends slowly, while the latter swipes quickly, but as long as the total amount is the same, they will become poor just as quickly. However, credit cards may also charge interest, just like you have to pay off the "afterburn effect", so credit cards may make you poorer a little faster.
