Aerobic fitness equipment

Aerobic fitness equipment

The sport that everyone likes more now is aerobic exercise. In fact, there are two types of exercise: anaerobic exercise and aerobic exercise. Anaerobic exercise mainly involves strength training, while aerobic exercise mainly involves exercising using aerobic fitness equipment. There are many types of aerobic fitness equipment, such as treadmills, stationary bicycles, and rowing machines, which are relatively effective equipment.

Aerobic fitness equipment includes: treadmills, exercise bikes, steppers, elliptical machines, stair machines, spinning bikes, rowing machines, inversion machines, all-in-one fitness machines, badminton equipment, table tennis equipment and other equipment that assists aerobic exercise.

treadmill

Advantages: Running is the most basic exercise for humans, and exercise on a treadmill can give the body a comprehensive training effect.

Limitations: Running puts a certain amount of pressure on the joints and is dangerous for people with knee and hip injuries or the elderly. The noise is relatively loud; the subjective feeling of fatigue during exercise is relatively strong.

Summary: It is somewhat dangerous.

Climbing Machine

Advantages: It can effectively help the body burn calories; it has a good shaping effect on thighs and buttocks.

Limitations: Practitioners need to master the rhythm of stepping and adjust the resistance, otherwise it will increase the pressure on the lower back and cause muscle damage. During the exercise, the upper limbs were not involved in any exercise.

Summary: Has upper limb limitations.

Stationary bike

Advantages: It can effectively help the body burn calories; the pressure on the ankles is less than that of a treadmill, so it is safer; compared with other aerobic equipment, stationary bicycles occupy less space; and they have a better leg shaping effect.

Limitations: The training method is single; the upper limbs are not involved in any exercise.

Summary: The form is single and it is easy to create a boring feeling.

Rowing Machine

Advantages: It can exercise all the muscles in the body and is quite interesting.

Limitations: It takes time to become familiar with and master the correct techniques; improper resistance adjustment can easily cause muscle strain. Note that you need to stop exercising during training to adjust the resistance. Compared with other aerobic equipment, it occupies a larger area.

Summary: The skills are not easy to master.
