1. The so-called bloody snot does not mean bright red blood flowing out of the nasal cavity, but a very small amount of blood streaks in the snot, which may be light or dark. If you find this important signal when you blow your nose for the first time after getting up in the morning, you should pay special attention to it.

2. Many people think nose bleeding is a minor matter, but if bloody discharge appears repeatedly in the nasal mucus, the nasal mucus is light pink, or there is blood in the sputum, it is a "big deal". Because this situation, medically known as "bloody snot", may be an early sign of nasopharyngeal cancer.

3. The second signal of nasopharyngeal cancer is nasal congestion. This kind of nasal congestion is completely different from the stuffy nose caused by a cold. It is usually caused by compression of a tumor on one side, which is progressive and becomes more severe day by day. As the tumor continues to grow, it compresses the adjacent Eustachian tube, causing tinnitus, stuffy ears, and hearing impairment, which is the third signal. If the tumor invades the skull base deeply, headaches will occur; if it moves down to the neck, the lymph nodes will swell, which is an early signal of cancer metastasis.
