What is the time for 450 degree myopia

Although many people suffer from myopia in modern society, the degree of myopia for most people is relatively mild, and severe myopia is relatively rare. However, if a person's myopia degree is 450 degrees, it means that his technical level is quite serious. At this time, he must pay attention to protecting his eyes, otherwise the degree will worsen. So if the degree of myopia is 450 degrees, what degree will it be on the eye chart?

Normal naked eye vision for non-myopia: 0.8-0.9 is suitable for those aged 5 and above, and for those under 5 years old it should be lowered to: 0.6-0.8 for 4 years old, 0.5-0.6 for 3 years old and under.

Myopic patients whose corrected visual acuity is above 0.8 are considered to have normal corrected visual acuity. The degree of myopia has little to do with vision. Your vision needs to be checked to be determined.

Generally speaking, the approximate calculation formula is: D (diopter) = 1/visual acuity. For example, if the visual acuity is 0.5, the required glasses reading is 1/0.5=2.0D, which means that you need to wear glasses with a degree of 200. However, clinical practice has confirmed that visual acuity and diopter are not completely proportional. For example, for myopia, some people have low diopter but poor naked eye vision; some people have high myopia but their naked eye vision is not very low.

There is no direct relationship between the degree of refractive error and myopia and the degree of vision. People with 400 degrees of myopia can see 0.3 or 0.5. The ciliary capacity of the eye is very strong, and you can see 1-2 more lines by squinting slightly, so there is no need to worry about how many degrees of refractive error there is, because the accommodation ability of people's eyes is different. To get the accurate degree, you need to go to the ophthalmology department of a regular hospital and do mydriasis optometry.

Determine the true degree of wearing glasses. Pay attention to eye hygiene, reduce exposure to electronic products, increase outdoor activities, and get enough rest and don't stay up late. You can massage and apply hot compress locally, look at more green plants, and do eye exercises regularly.
