What anti-inflammatory medicine should I take for ground-glass opacity

There are many tuberculosis patients in our lives. Tuberculosis patients often feel coughing and lung pain when they are ill. Tuberculosis is highly contagious and has been listed as the second largest infectious disease. The most common phenomenon when patients are examined before they get tuberculosis is ground-glass shadows. If timely treatment is possible, tuberculosis can be avoided. So what anti-inflammatory medicine is better for ground-glass shadows?

Generally, ground glass nodules are mainly related to the scars left after the recovery of inflammation. Pay attention to quitting smoking and drinking, eating a light diet, and taking azithromycin or cephalosporin drugs orally when necessary, and then check again after a period of time.

It may be pneumonia. Anti-infection treatment is the most important part of pneumonia treatment. Treatment of bacterial pneumonia is directed at the pathogen. Choose the appropriate sensitive antibiotics for treatment.

The chest X-ray showed diffuse ground-glass shadows and several small nodules in both lungs, and a wedge-shaped dense shadow in the left upper lobe, indicating an old tuberculosis lesion.

Chest CT showed diffuse ground-glass opacities (GGO) and miliary nodules in both lungs, with scarring in the left upper lobe suspected to be a fine grid. Multiple necrotic lymphadenopathy was seen in the right supraclavicular region and axilla, with no necrosis on axial and coronal CT scans. A right axillary lymph node biopsy confirmed tuberculosis.

Pulmonary tuberculosis is a hematogenously disseminated type of tuberculosis. It can occur in primary tuberculosis and reactivated tuberculosis. This patient had an old tuberculous lesion in the left upper lobe. Several randomly distributed nodules of 1 to 3 mm in size were seen in both lungs. Interlobular septal thickening and fine reticularity may be seen. Diffuse or localized ground-glass opacity may be seen sometimes, and GGO may be a sign of ARDS.
