1. Briefly describe the classification of human environment and factors that affect health. Answer: Classification: physiological environment, physical environment, psychosocial environment factors: Natural environment: including air pollution, water pollution, soil pollution, noise pollution, smoking smoke pollution, high or low temperature, radiation, waste, indoor air pollution.

2. What are the most suitable temperature and humidity in the ward? Answer: The most suitable room temperature for ordinary people is 18-22℃; the best room temperature for newborns and the elderly is 22-24℃; the indoor relative humidity is 50﹪~60﹪.

3. What effect does too high or too low humidity in the ward have on the human body? Answer: Too high or too low humidity will cause discomfort to the patient. If the humidity is too high, the evaporation effect is weak, which can inhibit sweating. The patient will feel damp and stuffy, and the urine excretion will increase, which will increase the burden on the kidneys. If the humidity is too low, the air will be dry, and the human body will evaporate a large amount of water, causing symptoms such as dry mouth, sore throat, and thirst, which is especially unfavorable for patients with respiratory diseases or tracheotomy.
