How to check the safe period and dangerous period

Many female friends do not know how to calculate the safe period and the dangerous period, mainly because they lack understanding of the menstrual cycle. Therefore, female friends should understand the time periods of the safe period and the dangerous period. The safe period and dangerous period can be calculated based on the woman's menstrual cycle, and the ovulation period can also be determined through experience. Now let us learn about the methods for checking the safe period and the dangerous period.

The so-called "safe period" means that the chance of pregnancy during this period is relatively small, and the so-called "dangerous period" (ovulation period) means that the possibility of pregnancy during this period is higher.

First of all, let’s talk about the “safe period”. In fact, it is very simple. The safe period is divided into two stages: one is the safe period before the menstruation arrives, which is called the “pre-safe period”, and the other is the safe period after the menstruation stops, which is called the “post-safe period”. The safe period time periods of these two stages tightly "surround" the menstrual period. It can be said that whether it is the "pre-safe period" or the "post-safe period", basically the closer to the menstrual period, the higher the "safety factor". So how do you calculate the safe period? For women with regular menstrual cycles, the safe period is 5 days before menstruation and 3-5 days after menstruation.

Then comes the dangerous period (ovulation period), which is actually calculated with the menstrual period as the center of the circle, or in other words, before the "pre-safe period" and after the "post-safe period" is the "dangerous period" (ovulation period), and the dangerous period lasts about 8-10 days. So how do we calculate the dangerous period (ovulation period)? Taking women with stable menstrual cycles as an example, the dangerous period is 7-15 days before menstruation or about 10-18 days after menstruation.

The above calculation of the number of days in the safe period and the dangerous period is based on the menstrual cycle of about 28 days. If the menstrual cycle is shorter or longer, the number of days in the safe period and the dangerous period (ovulation period) should be shortened or increased accordingly.
