When you are sleepy, scoop up a handful of cold water and pour it on your face. You will wake up immediately. Then we recommend an equally simple and easy-to-use method - oxygen inhalation. It seems high-end, but it is just going out for some fresh air. The oxygen content in indoor air is much lower than that outdoors. Drowsiness If sleepiness can be divided into ten levels, the higher the level, the deeper the degree. Then the sleepiness level of the person who can be forced to stay awake is generally below level six. Many means can be used to prevent the lingering sleepiness. If the sleepiness level has reached above level six, it is mostly caused by staying up too late at night. You can consider sleeping for ten or fifteen minutes.
