Can I move my fingers if my wrist is broken

In daily life, some careless things or failure to take safety measures during physical exercise can easily lead to abnormal conditions in the bones of the body, resulting in ligament sprains, fractures, etc. Many people have experienced wrist fractures, which not only brings great inconvenience to people's daily activities, but is also accompanied by intense pain that is unbearable. Can you still move your fingers after a broken wrist?

Wrist injuries will definitely bring instability to life, and may also cause damage that cannot be ignored, and will also affect the movement of fingers! Once a finger is injured, it will bring a lot of inconvenience to life. Therefore, you must pay attention to your body and go to the hospital for examination when necessary.

Steps/Methods:

1. First of all, it is a psychological problem. When you sprain your wrist, don't be anxious, learn to stay calm, and don't use any folk remedies. If you don't handle it well, it may leave sequelae and cause you to regret it for the rest of your life. In addition, don't touch it casually!

2. In terms of diet, it should be light. Don’t eat spicy or oily foods, because this will make it difficult for the wound to heal, and may also cause inflammation and be difficult to heal. Therefore, we can eat more vegetables and fruits appropriately, and focus on light food!

3. Finally, if your wrist is injured, if the nerves are not damaged, your fingers should still be able to move. You can try it first. If you feel a little pain in your fingers when moving them, you can go to the doctor in time. If necessary, take an X-ray or something, just in case!

If the wrist is fractured, there are two treatment options: conservative treatment and surgical treatment. Conservative treatment mainly adopts manual reduction, small splint or plaster splint external fixation. Although conservative treatment can achieve early joint function training, conservative treatment has the concern of unstable fracture fixation, which may cause the fracture to displace again and lead to treatment failure. Surgical treatment mainly involves open reduction and internal fixation with plates. Open reduction surgery can provide strong internal fixation.

Note:

Wrist injuries should never be taken lightly, because if you are not careful, it will affect you when you are old, such as arthritis! It may also cause lifelong injuries that cannot be healed, so don't be careless.
