3. Pain from removing braces

When braces are removed, individual teeth may be affected, causing mild pain. The most important thing during the orthodontic process is to have a good attitude. Many people are too nervous or sensitive to pain, so they will feel more obvious pain during the orthodontic process.

Although orthodontic treatment will inevitably cause discomfort and pain. But the white teeth you will have for life after orthodontic treatment are worth one or two years of patience.
