1. Cultivate a good personality

You should tell your unhappy thoughts to your friends, teachers, and family members, vent your complaints, pour out your grievances, and find relief from venting. Especially some senior executives and white-collar workers, who are under great pressure and are unwilling to tell their subordinates and families about their troubles. Leaders should create an environment and conditions for them to communicate and vent.

We should always maintain a good mood. When encountering unpleasant things, think more about the good and positive aspects and maintain an open-minded attitude. Learn to be straightforward and honest, and don’t be overly self-blaming, self-sad, or self-pitying. "Health is the only wealth that others cannot take away." Don't compare yourself with others, don't have too high expectations, reasonably adjust your level of ambition, and always maintain an optimistic attitude.

4. Have a curiosity and cultivate a wide range of interests

A wide range of interests is the "lifebuoy" of depression. When a person has only one choice in his life, his happiness can only be a one-way choice. This kind of happiness is also unstable, and he should use a variety of methods to adjust and release himself. The elderly should also maintain curiosity and regularly participate in cultural and sports activities. Studies have shown that aerobic exercises such as swimming, jogging, and cycling can stimulate the secretion of endorphins, produce pleasurable substances, and make people feel happy. At the same time, participating in these activities not only improves physical fitness, but more importantly, enhances communication between people.
