2. Treat diseases

In terms of endocrine function, the pituitary gland, adrenal glands and autonomic nervous system are closely related to the secretion of melanin-stimulating hormone, which promotes the formation of melanin. Massage for 1 to 2 minutes each time, rubbing back and forth 30 to 40 times per minute, and then gradually increase to 5 to 10 minutes.
